Guests are advised to book in advance. A booking is confirmed once the hotel gives its approval. A deposit or a valid credit card number may be required. A security deposit of €40 per booking day may be requested on arrival and refunded on check-out.
Accommodation is payable no later than the day of departure. Accepted payment methods: cash (MGA, EUR), bank transfer, Orange Money, Mvola and Airtel Money. A valid ID may be required as a guarantee.
The tourist tax (tourist vignette and municipal tax) is never included in the room rate and is payable on site: 2,500 MGA per person per night.
Any change or cancellation must be notified at least 48 hours before arrival. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the hotel may charge 100% of the stay. Late arrivals and early departures are not refundable. Any started stay is due in full.
Unless agreed otherwise with the hotel, rooms are available from 2 pm. Check-out is at 11 am regardless of arrival time. A luggage service is available at reception. Keys must be returned at check-out.
A booking is considered a group booking from 5 rooms. A 50% deposit may be required. The event hall is booked with an order form and a 60% deposit.
Guests must use the premises responsibly. In case of damage, the hotel reserves the right to charge the cost of repair or replacement. All rooms are non-smoking; additional cleaning fees may apply. Valuables should be stored in the room safe or at reception.
Any complaint regarding the quality of services must be reported to the hotel immediately.
Left or abandoned items may be returned to the guest with tracking and insurance, after payment of shipping costs.
These terms are governed by Malagasy law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antalaha.
